@Don Wilson I'm triying to get involved in a Tax Lien investment world, but they are out there so many false providers doing seminars and promise a "Holly Grail" softwares and quick methods that put in jeopardy your money...Be careful and let me know if you find someone with good reviews that we can trust.Thanks

As a filipper my costs are a lot higher compared to a buy and hold investor.A flipper will put in new carpets, refinish the floors, paint the walls etc. etc.A buy and hold investor will NOT do any of that stuff.
