Unlike like auto insurance, instead of going after the bad guy or the other insurance policy, they seem to spend their legal dollars informing the customer what their policy won't cover.

It needs to outline key things such as 1) How to pay rent 2) Who to contact with questions 3) Who to contact for maintenance emergencies 4) What to stop doing, like auto-pay to the old owners 5) and many other details.How you introduce yourself is a matter of preference.

Your mention of the concrete company's lien is the first I've heard of it, though it wouldn't surprise me.Aside from PhoenixMart, there are several other large developments that are supposed to be popping up soon: Attesa Motorsports Complex (debatable whether it'd be considered as being in Casa Grande or Stanfield), Lucid Motors (SW corner of Casa Grande), and Dreamport Villages (to my knowledge, near the I-8 and I-10 interchange).
