We have more than a dozen SF homes in various stages in the process and have joined the Bigger Pockets community to improve our processes and learn more to help us expand.

With my current rental in rehab stage, I did not account for the replacement of the vinyl siding since it technically does not need to be changed.

Naturally I started small, I started out buying cheap houses then as my skill set increased and subsequently my bank account grew I moved onto nicer houses and bigger multifamily buildings etc...Currently at this stage of my investment career buying houses doesn't excite me much anymore.
