I'm working my butt off to pay off the remaining student loans and hoping by spring time ill have them all paid off. my question to you is what should my next step be when I pay off my student loans?

So basically, my tennant will live rent free, Ill pay his $280 quarterly water bill, and if I decide to sue him, I will get about $30 from him...his pathetic life savings.

Selling my home now as we speak and ill be starting my real estate journey, so i hope to meet some great people that can guide me too greatness!

Its a rehab loan, 10% down, then refi to a conventional, as long as I am 75% ltv post rehab, Ill be good to go which will not an issue.

Example, a major illness years ago resulted in collections accounts from the hospital, might be acceptable; a current collection account for a utility including would not be acceptable.Lastly, dig into the documentation the prospect provides as to rent receipts, employer letters, notes from previous landlords, etc.
