I am still green when i comes to all this.The current plan at this moment for 2019 is to accumulate as much cash as I can for next year and learn/absorb everything about real estate investing through books, meet ups, podcasts. 

@Frank D.Hey Frank, I’m from Australia and couldn’t agree more with how green the grass looks in the USA.

If it's run well you should see silver locks for those that are rented, green for vacant, & red for over-locked (the latter typically having two locks). 

This might seem like a silly question that is probably best asked directly to @David Greene, but maybe some of you out of state investors could help me out. 

I am new to Bigger Pockets and am as green as it gets to real estate investing aside from perusing the many great features and helps of this site!

It's a pretty short read, but great book - I loved it.I've noticed from the podcasts lately that @Brandon Turner and @David Greene have been loving relating psychology to real estate and have talked extensively about handling rejection in a good manner to be successful in real estate.
