They were supposed to give notice when away for more than 5 days.In the same text thread, they’ve notified me of water hammering when the toilet flushes and that the shower head leaks and with hammering.How would you address or Handle this?

The recent big one for me was upstairs toilet leaking and went undetected. it leaked to the bottom unit.

If this doesn’t pan out with these questions, then go with the expansion of the main house to a 3/2

You have two sets of appliances, 4 toilets, 4 sinks, 2 tubs/showers, etc.

Inspector never caught the problem which could have been as easy as flushing the toilet.

Hire an electrician to do all electrical, a plumber to replace all toilets, check all plumbing, etc. and get it done!!!

It's also possible that your out of area investments will not pan out as you expect them to for a host of reasons.
