My responsibility was to automate the then manual process utilizing Advanced technology.  

As for people saying it takes hours to write up an offer, that's delusional unless they don't use technology.

There will be things they need to do locally, but with technology being what it is today you can do most of the work remotely.

I work at one of the many providers, Buildium, and we see huge benefits for PMs who know how to leverage technology in their favor.

Technology loathes inefficiency and thus it will find a way around intermediaries to connect issuers and investors directly.
