I assist my parents in managing their 6 units in Buffalo, and am encouraging them to expand to help support their coming retirement.

Isn't there some system on the internet that picks up words and phrases, key words, that identifies posts where guru support staff types or franchisees can go to post remarks, under the radar, perhaps reverse phycology gaining a bit of credibility while advancing other aspects?

I have a friend in the oil service support business that has to fly in guys from out of state during the week and paying them $120k+ as truck drives. 

With that being said you should take full advantage of all of the benefits that being a KW agent affords you; unlimited training, a decent CRM, support of an interested broker, profit sharing, Agent Leadership Councils,  the list goes on, but I don't want to get off topic. 

I ask because in order to support myself I do "bird-dogging" on the side.

He doesn't sound terribly high risk to me - he has had his own business for several years, money in the bank, no bad credit, no criminal issues, is willing to provide 2x deposit, and has family in the area that is willing to help support him, and take him in if things go awry.
