I started studying, reading, etc. we attended our local REIA and listened to Chad Carson.

There's a lot more to consider when it's your primary - not just the scheduling, but taking into account the personal items you have there and how to either protect them or keep them out of the way.  

Then, there are two - three SF case studies where people go up and talk about the deals they have done with pictures and numbers, and one commercial case study the same way.

You can only buy homes inside of a Self Directed retirement account, which TSP is not. 

So i would typically add an extra line after debt service to account for CAPEX without affecting my NOI.
