And you need to weigh those pros and cons to make sure Section 8 investing is the right decision for you personally.I'm currently starting an eviction on one of my S8 tenants because she's trashing the place.

And do you have enough working capital to invest in real estate each month? 

I see it as an $8k investment that the government made in me and they have done really well with it because I have paid that $8k back many times over in taxes that I've paid since then.
