I am amazed by the volume of information and the user base that is available here.I wish I knew about this community earlier before I bought my first investment property.I have 5 investment properties, 3 in Arlington, TX, 1 in Fort Worth, TX, and 1 in Memphis, TN.I am looking forward to be a very active member, and would surely like to hook up with local investors.I am looking to get more properties in Houston and DFW area.I guess that is it for now.

A local title company will do all the research for you and give you a print out of all of the title activity and what it means.Depending on the type of transaction and where you are in the decision making process, hiring a title search can be a much less risky route.

In GA it's active license for 3 years before taking the brokers test.I saw the 100% per trans fee model and thought I could just grow this up and then sell it off quickly .Was making about 2,000 a month gross.
