I suppose the easiest way to have any misinformation addressed would be to lay out what I think the process is:Property XYZ is listed on the MLSI am interested in the property, so I go ahead and contact the listing agent and make an offer, stating that the offer is contingent upon inspection and attorney reviewOnce a price is reached, I get the standard 3-7 days (whatever is agreed upon) to do my inspection, etc.

I'll go ahead and take a look at he other group.

You need to line up all your materials and workers ahead of time and do whatever break down possible before they leave, but it can be done.

., you see so many hundreds of thousands of realtors offering massive rebates to consumers.From a Realtor's perspective, on a 500k purchase of a listed property:would a realtor rather get ahead of this rebate wave and loan back $10,000 of the commission at a very low rate to the buyer Post Closing and ultimately keep the entire 3 Points?

@Erin Heard, afaik, FHA Lenders won't let you close on the primary you'd be buying until you can promise that you'll be able to move in within 60 days after closing.Good that you're thing ahead, but please keep that in mind.
