I planned to move it into LLP after a year due to Freddie Mac restrictions.I’ve done my own research and seems the rates are worse then what I’d get as a 2nd home for LLP. 

(My plan is to consolidate that debt and pay off loc within 18 months, then potentially use it as down payment on another building)I’m feeling a little stuck and looking for some advice.

Courses can be good to hold you accountable or give you that push, but spending money on marketing and talking to prospects will get you results.  

It worked, I got a few deals that way after awhile, but there are more efficient ways to market if you have more capital to work with like PPC or hiring VAs for lead generation.I'd still advise that if you're just getting into business, I would start slowly in terms of marketing spend.

INSTEAD we ended up spending HOURS on the phone with EVOLVE over multiple failures to deliver, incidents with destructive rowdy underaged guests, and now EXTORTED FEES for cutting bait.

I do like the beaches on weekdays around noon. lol actual problem is for locals and kamaina that lived there  over generation, the problem is not the expensive milk but more like Midwest income with California spending 

So why not spend 200 bux.
