Anyone know if there's a new date?

Staying up to date on where Seattle is at and where it's heading and sharing that info with your clients.

She has done quite a few rehabs, but this will be our largest to date.

Best thing to do is call the utility company and make sure they are in your name and ask them if they can transfer the balance from the date of move-in to your account. 

When your parents quit claim to you is the date relinquished.

If the leases were at or near term on the closing date there's negligible amount to credit to the buyer. 

All my business loans to date have been built out or for machinery, not for a house.

In the future, always do a final walk-through on the way to closing, and write into the contract a monetary penalty for failing to deliver possession by closing date (I use $250-1,000/day depending on the value of the property).  

They are in fairly good shape, but the kitchens have limited cabinet and counter space, and both the kitchens and bathrooms are dated.
