Obviously, you need to factor in utilities as well as any disposable (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc) supplies you are going to supply.

They did some sort of test (where this came from I have no idea) by taking wet towels, placing them on the floor and then on her arm. :\ I thought I had heard it all.I told my PM that I think they just want out of the lease for what ever reason and this is what they have come up with.

Personally, I like to use the "Binder" strategy for negotiating higher rents with tenants, it's more of a soft handed approach.

If you change the policy to your name, it alerts servicer and the check goes to Wells or servicer to be co-signed.

I live in paradise...beautiful beaches...soft white sand...historical buildings...forts...brick streets...festivals every weekend....Celtic...pirates...quaint restaurants...fried shrimp ...datil peppers...good schools...art galleries...as far as REI we are in a bubble though...houses are too high to buy and hold or flip...had to have bought a few years ago...

Texas markets historically have been doing so well that any little cool off is seen as a huge downturn when a soft market there is still out performing many markets in other states.Dallas and Fort Worth along with Austin were recently named in the top 5- 18 hour cities in the nation.
