Its getting more difficult to get some of the borderline people in now however as things have changed in the mortgage industry the past 6 months.For wholesaling to other investors I simply send out an email or call a particular investor that I know who might be interested in the property.

Therefore, if this owner was a successful landlord, why would he sell this property to at a big enough discount that it will cash flow when he could simply sell it to a newbie at retail and maximize his profit for retirement?

It generates crazy complex passwords (for example: (i7$cv90) for the websites and lets me simply autofill the websites.I have done only a couple link exchanges as everything I have read says that Google is going to eventually put the hammer down on abusers of link exchanges.

Surely someone must know....Like I said I'm not sure if its a foreclosed property or not but where would I go to find out why this property has simply been abondon and if it makes sense to contact the owner to see if he/she wants to sell.Any suggestions would be great.
