There are more relocations than ever before.

I still have a team there managing properties and brokering deals under my supervision, but I have since relocated recently to Tulsa, OK to start a branch office of our brokerage here.I have noticed that the laws concerning property management and landlord stipulations are very similar to Arkansas, which makes OK a landlord friendly state, too.

They're expensive to relocate and many times if you have property with a bad condition mobile it will have a negative value in that you will have to pay someone to make it go away.

You brought up a very fair point.I acknowledge that it is important and some investors overcome it, relocating to feel more comfortable.
