Yardi is my main software, but if you're tech-savvy and a real quick learner, you can make almost any software/system to work with what you need.

Researching more, that may mean studying to get licensed which I'm up for and looking into.While I consider that option I wonder if there are opportunities I could investigate that would give me a quick start?

Our tech scene may not yet truly rival that of the Bay Area, but the California markets are quickly pricing themselves out of some promising young talent - talent that has started looking east for lower overheads and a more dynamic, inclusive, culture.

Do you know what rents would be like if they left - and how quickly/easily you could lease it back up?
