The classes teach you how to stay out of legal trouble, as well as useful concepts and vocabulary, but you have to learn about marketing your services and building relationships outside of class.So for the prelicensing, I would recommend handwriting your notes in-class and/or focusing on the guided notes.

If I funnel the cashflow into my mortgage to pay down the principal, I will be reducing how much interest I pay on the mortgage over time (assume the mortgage interest is 4%), but I'm having trouble understanding if this is directly comparable (e.g. 4% mortgage interest vs 2-3% if I invest the money in bonds) since I'm not paying off the whole mortgage in those five years.

I have in the past used the tile end strips (being they have to slide under the edge of the tile I think this may be more trouble than it’s worth).
