In the end there are lots of questions that I would pose prior to giving any advice which would include some of the following: do you own those properties under your personal name?

Probably honesty is the best policy unless you are worried about being taken advantage of. 

However, with a single-family home, especially in Class-A/B neighborhoods, the tenant covers all of their utilities and as for insurance the landlord probbaly has an umbrella policy on the property.Many thanks,-Eric

I do want to get that debt paid off prior to the three years but if it doesn't happen by flipping then that is what will happen.
