Because we want to enable people with debts to still be able to buy stuff. 

When I rented my townhouse this spring I had numerous people begging for it.

Everywhere on the news, people are talking about multifamily distressed owners.

And attorneys are hit or miss as well.

But I'd suggest to not get caught up trying to hit a home run on your first deal.

Hello friends, Can someone recommend names of people with experience and knowledge about analyzing and navigating the process of buying land using the seller financing method?

It's usually not worth it to bid because the clueless people are driving the prices up. 

Most people don’t.

If you have the right systems and people in place to facilitate due diligence on a property independent of the seller/owner or broker representing the seller,  then no, you should not care if an agency that owns & purchases rentals is also selling properties.
