The city approved a new baseball stadium 1.3 miles away.

Even if its on the blacklist make sure you give other reasons too because the tenant will just bring home another dog..cover all bases.Also, Write down all of the ways this animal can "alter the nature of the housing provider's services"..Its student housing so the list can be a mile long...Fear, allergies, nuisance, etc...Good Luck!!

Within 4 miles there are about 4 schools.  

I manage four properties long-distance - three are 200 miles away, one is 2000 (it used to be the opposite).  

The irony is that on occasion some upper level bosses have thought that employee was 'going the extra mile' when really they were there by themselves because they got to work 90 minutes after everyone else, lol.

Keep in mind that the City is releasing the next version of the LDC in October and that will likely add more expansive zoning to the properties in this area, especially those within 1/4 mile of 6th (core transit corridor).

We did find a hate note from the previous owner saying she will haunt this place if anyone dare to buy it.The house is only a mile away from a large university with 20-some thousand students.  

Hi Matt, I’m very familiar with the Southeast suburbs and know the section 8 process as well. 

They will never find anything priced or located like this within many miles.

I assume these are all relatively close to one another (within 10 miles).
