We just BARELY managed to fit the shower unit down the stairs, it took some major shoves to flex through. 

All of the comments about not renting to family is the right business advice in the vast majority of circumstances, although I do agree with @michele fischer too. 

That's why.I didn't say 100 or 1000 because marketing majors make bad money, between 40-70k so I'm wondering how much I'd need to make to reach my goals.

Another option i would love to figure out how to export correctly is Google Maps Timeline, its extremely accurate.. i was comparing the data to my week of trying out MileIQ and it said i drove 22.6miles less in MileIQ for the week letting it log all my trips automatic compared to google timeline and google timeline is already running in the background if you have google maps activated with your gps setting turned on.. so it would be one less app to worry about draining battery on my phone.. gonna have to look into this more and see how hard it is to export the timeline to an actual spreadsheet...

I think as lots keep booming in price and so does development, activity will eventually dwindle further east of College, where I am stacking up properties now.

If you are buying in a decently populated area and have over 10 units and all the sudden have 40% vacant (and it's not due to your units being trash or completely overpriced) then you won't be the only one majorly hurting in that area.

Outside of a few major centres (Vancouver, Toronto, MTL, Calgary, etc) you do not have density to sustain a wholesaling business (if it is your only source of income);Mortgage arrears/delinquency  - Mortgage arrears in Canada are historically far lower (<1%) than in the U.S.A. and delinquencies are less than half the amount of arrears.  

It has a pretty nifty integration with gmail and you can sort your contacts by last activity.
