He also shared that according to our Tax Code you can rent your home out to your own C-Corp to hold business meetings 14 days out of the year.  

I just watched a new webinar and the rental code that was given (RENTAL22) isn't being accepted by the pro sign up page.

I've read the code and have my thoughts but would rather hear from others who have actually dealt with the scenario and/or are confident with the analysis.

I have rental MH that has Poly B plumbing and is out of code (cant sell it as is wont finance) that caused some wood damage on the floor.

In the back, there were siding issues and the second story staircase and deck were not up to code and not attached to the dwelling2)SFH in San Antonio. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Value of each home as is; what work needs to be done to bring to code and to make it more rentable; cost of the rehab; time frame to finish; have you done this before; do you have a contractor; what supplies you need and how long will that take; do you plan to rent or flip them; completed value; your FICO; own them and want a refinance it is in your name?...
