Even though you guys have experience in the game, flipping is another game altogether so having to go out of state for a first one will create some challenges and potential lost money for sure.

Expect costly surprises, it's part of the game!

I think at the end of the day it is a numbers game and you will get one eventually.

Worth asking....I had one tell me today they had 4 offers and the lowest was list price....so that gives you some info.In my experience lately most will not counter, so bring your best game and they pick one to work.   

But I also know that I need to eventually put some skin in the game and can’t wait forever.

Brand new to the Real Estate game and I'm curious of everyone's thoughts about getting into the Fix-and-Flip game at this point in the Real Estate cycle. 

In all honesty most condos and communities are already hip to the game of the STR investor and it is becoming increasingly difficult to find those legitimate opportunities that are allowed by the building's HOA.

Have them spray foam it as well for an additional $750.As far as finding contractors, that's the game right there.

Talk to a couple and really get a feel for them, its all about building a relationship of trust and longevity if your getting into this game for the long haul!
