Has anybody have knowledge or experience their systems?

However being that this would be my very first home purchase including my first investment purchase I still would love to hear from the real experts that are apart of this community. 

Prior to BiggerPockets, I've had some people along the way help me on my journey, along with using real estate textbooks and podcasts from Columbia University regarding real estate finance for my knowledge.

There is a lot of information on BP about running the numbers on possible acquisitions.My advice is to dive into the wealth of information in the Videos section of this website.I am trying to gain more, and more knowledge and luckily my off-days just started so I will probably be on this site every second I am up for the next two days digging in deep and taking notes.

My first goal was to get my real estate license to not only supplement my main source of income, but to also become as knowledgeable about investment properties as possible for what I hope to be future endeavors.

Hustle.Talk to REI friendly brokerage houses like 2nd City, get knowledge and potentially leads from them.

I feel I have gained all the knowledge from the famous @Brandon Turner but I need a splash of confidence from the community to get me over the hump. 

The education I received through the podcast was invaluable in giving me the knowledge and confidence to do the first deal.

Also, staying active in the forums and listening to the podcasts are other good ways to soak up knowledge.
