It needs a kitchen, but other than that it's ready to go.

It had a kitchen, bathroom, shower and a living room with a lofted space for a bed. 

I want to rento our the basement , but there is no kitchen, bathroom or entrance for it.

Add in a nice pic of the living room/kitchen as well (again, neat and tidy, windows open).

Trying to figure out the best way to phrase this question...Is buying and renting a property that is structurally sound but otherwise dated with regards to kitchen, bathroom etc common practice?  

I have one unit that I got with a terrible tile job in their kitchen & halls, laid directly on ply.

A few days later, the tenant says there's trash and mice droppings in the kitchen cabinets. 3.

@Connor LewisI've always had carpet everywhere except for entryways and kitchen, and never had a problem. 

Can you just put up drywall and add a kitchen?
