That management company could buy toys like trucks and tools and take those deductions.

I wish I would of had an email capture tool like StayFi earlier so I could capture guests emails and direct them to a direct booking site in years to come.

What caused the drop in value?

I think the #1 thing you need to do to make yourself invaluable to investors is to source them good quality deals.
