No case law on this yet, but I can see this is where the "3 per entity vs 3 per natural person" debate will be settled, from the abusers like the parks.My question to Dodd Frank / Park experts here is, if I where to buy this land-home operator, what would you do to change the business model to be Dodd Frank compliant.

So the simple logic of it is sell yourself, become the payment, find a way to be of value and to make being mentored a return on value, I mean hey, there an investor right, so they will naturally have to be enticed and interested in a good investment be it a property OR a person.I conclusion; sell yourself, become the appreciating asset, make yourself a good return, and show appreciation opportunities for continued knowledge investment and "yeah shall receive".

Thanks so much in advance for taking the time to read and even more so if you post.THE TOWNThis town is a booming natural resource town, a lot of industry moving in, massively high demand for housing (They even brought a cruise ship into this place to house some of the workers as housing is so scarce).THE PROPERTYThis place is a bit of a nightmare like stuff you see on the shows except nobody has been paid to make this place look so disheveled.
