Our policy is that we accept dogs if we have a fenced in back yard, most people are lazy and won't want to walk them when it's too hot/cold.

In terms of buying property in a place like Englewood, or even where I live Roseland (which has it's fair share of crime reports) I think you really have to know your area Chicago is and always will be a hot market - Both these areas are under a Chicago Neighbor Initiative Objective.

Give them your business card with phone number and tell them that if you see anything suspicious call the police and you no matter how late or early.Gray area stuff, the home isn't yours and you could be in hot water if the listing agent or seller find out that you placed a cage over the unit before you close so tread very lightly.
