You can save a lot of money by doing the work yourself compared to hiring a contractor but at the same point you want to make sure it is legitimate.

Hi again @Sara Taslitt, you can find some pretty good standard leases on the internet but Massachusetts is very particular with their laws so I think it is worth it to hire a good attorney to provide a lease for you.

So I think you could do a couple things. try calling from a few numbers and tell her you want to hire her first, and then explain more, need a prop manager, like the building, trying to buy the building and so on.

You want to make sure they have truly done everything possible.Hire Outside Help:  This is an extended vacancy, hiring help could help resolve this issue.
