Don't be fooled by the antiquated web graphics.

But when I am using the mobile version through a web browser, I can't read the right half of messages due to the font size (and pinching does nothing).

(And then, if you were going to go long distance anyway, I'd say you might want to pick an area with better economic fundamentals than RI.)Also as Colleen alluded, it helps if you have some other reason to be in RI besides only a property or two.

One other thought I forgot to mention for you specifically would be to make sure they are using cloud/web based property management software.  

Math fundamentals are very important in real estate financing and evaluating deals. 

Many areas have much of this online. do some web searching  or ask around for some of these sites at your local networking groups.

I would only use platform-agnostic, ie, web-based apps.

Do you all do a questionnaire handout or have web pages for your REIAs? 

I can not find any information  about your company other that a home made Web site which lists no properties.

The only thing that may be different is the price.Just about all the info you need can be found here in Biggerpockets, but there are some web based guru's that do have some really good training in a well planned curriculum along with some handholding mentoring programs.
