For such a huge resource of information it would really compliment the site to have advanced search functionality, like the ability to filter results based on date, "and/or" keywords, within "titles only" etc.

I think we're going to get a bird dog specific software and then move on to try another CRM that possibly has mail merge functions. 

The main function of my business will be fix & flips, with some sporadic wholesaling.

@Bryan HancockThere has rarely been an easier time to access capital/liquidity - more of a function if negative/zero interest rates than anything else. 

Typically realtors and wholesalers dont really work together much since they are performing a similar function.

Functions like a credit card where you only pay when you draw on the account.

@Steve Snyder, it is more likely that an administrator will see this if you tag some with the @ function. 

It's a really easy process for me so you should check into the functionality on your MLS.

So, I'm thinking nothing too fancy...A 3br, 2ba on each side, 1200 sq. ft. or so per side, with the finished just being standard stuff...High quality for less maintenance, but not necessarily flashy or fancy...More on the functional side than fashionable.
