If I do venture into remote landlording in the future, I will do so with extreme caution.

I don't like one extreme or the other (A class, D class).  

I have no idea what to expect, other than I imagine it's extremely hard to get tenants out.

Working with a realtor is extremely beneficial for both parties.

It still is a struggle due to my extremely frugal lifestyle, the income I payed my self is very low.

@Andrew Warner I'm extremely late to the party here on this one but I couldn't agree with you more.

The house had been sitting on the market for about 8 months and was extremely overpriced - starting at $109k and had slowly fallen to $90k.
