The insurance on the home you buy I used $1500, and the interest rate you qualify for ($5/1000 with mortagage insurance is in the ball park with good credit, with bad or no credit it coudl be closer to 5.5/1000 which would reduce your max price to about $131,545,Most of these plexes I have looked at, of the limited number that are even listed, are just south of half a million.
