It could be that they don't have the money or the desire to actually do a probate in which case they may take a larger discount just for their interest in the deal and you do your own probate as the owner of their interest.They may accept 5-10k for their interest in the estate.

This was a shortsale and now the bank is going through all the necessary paperwork, the seller has accepted my offer and I'm at the last step which is closing the deal out with cash funds. , please contact me if your a serious investor looking for a easy flip in the Irmo South  Carolina area or if your a serious individual with cash funds and would like to partner with me on a deal which is a great situation for someone who is not willing to do all the work and just wants to be included!
