This could be longer/shorter depending on the construction time line and municipality in your area.  

He has a no pet policy - no cat no dog no bird no lizard.So one of his tenants asked if he can keep a dog for about a month, the dog belongs to his sister who is taking a month long cruise and needs him to baby sit the dog. 

You can also request a list of vehicles that belongs to the tenant so if they have unauthorized cars on property you can tow.

Hello all, I wanted to ask if anyone in the BP community has ever applied for a personal line of credit or a business line of credit with Santander Bank and if so what your experience has been.The credit union I belong too here in Queens does not offer Business accounts nor personal lines of credit so i am looking around for other local options. 

I offered 80K as the house stood (she could remove whatever belongings she wanted, and leave the rest for me to deal with), or I would pay 90K if she got the utilities turned on so I could do proper inspection to ensure everything was working.
