@Michael Albaum the biggest question is I've always heard you get it rented for six months then refinance however customer service with the particular hml I'm using told me to refinance first

I would get granite but I'm too cheap to pay for installation and my husband threatened to divorce me if I found any more granite deals...and I kind of like him-- we've been married for almost 30 years ;) It's pretty expensive to do anything in those kitchens with custom peninsulas.
