Financing may be able to do creative financing with a commercial loan.

I have a potential purchase for an investment property and have a few questions about creative owner financing.A few details on the property:It is a bundle of 2 duplexes.

Creative thinking but unfortunately not an option in my case.

Between them and BP you should be well prepared and confident that you can be a successful investor and Landlady.

I have started looking around and browsing the resources available, and learning about the industry, generally preparing to make by first investment in 1-2 years when the timing is right.This is all great, but I have questions regarding market research and how people here approach it.

That being said, a 100+ lot park on CS&CS in a solid metro will likely have a very low cap rate so be prepared for lower returns. 

We feel this is unaffordable, and will inevitably end back in FC.Any creative ideas?
