This community is seriously removed from civilization, but also the home to four universities / colleges.

But short term I'll end up getting room mates in this location since it's near a technical college.

I will be leasing out one of the 2 bedrooms to another person, likely a college student at the near by University of North Florida.

My wife and I quit college to get into flipping houses back in late '07 and we all know what the real estate market did back then.

Is it feasible to have the PM represent me in court if a situation arose to that degree?

My wife is unemployeed and in the process of going back to college for a degree towards Cancer Registrar.

Currently, I live at home with my parents and am a full time student working towards a bachelors degree.

If that's not your cup of tea, There's still Manor, Buda, Round Rock, or even San Marcos and many other tertiary markets before you have to go all the way to San Antonio.I've never rented to military people, but I have been a military renter, so I'll give you this word of caution: are you familiar with what renting to a college student is like?

Third thurs of the month, @7PM, at the Lancaster Bible college.  

The PM was very familiar with student renters, as this was in a very college-dense area and they managed most of the available rentals.Not totally sure what would cause future loan disbursements to fall through as long as she stays enrolled (I'm trying to remember if my loans had strings other than proof of enrollment provided by the university).
