At this point, among other catastrophes, it's summer in SoCal and I really can't stand this heat nor do I especially want to put my co-workers/customers through this next year.

He grew up spending summers painting houses on Cape Cod for a relative..I think he still goes up there.  

Somewhat strange that we are through the summer months and this is just now coming up.
