They go there and ask them in the back room to run up their credit cards by calling companies and asking for credit limit increases etc.

It is nice to have a debit card for any online payments.Our experience of late is that Fidelity and E*Trade are not opening accounts for IRA owned LLC entities.

Being a midwest/rust belt raised guy, I'm confident that I can find very simple and cookie cutter 3 bed 1.5 houses for about 60k in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio for 60k-ish and rent for $700 a month in decent neighborhoods.

I've already read the book on Raising Private Capital and am currently reading The Book on Rental Property Investing from the BiggerPockets book list.Although I'd be interested in trying to find deals in Charlotte, NC I'm also looking in Bay City/Saginaw/Midland area in Michigan as I still have connections there and the rent/property ratio, in general, is much higher at the moment.
