When you are replacing flooring, cabinets, appliances, HVAC, roof, etc.

Kitchen cabinets, flooring, paint, exterior paint, some fixtures.

All trim, cabinets, doors are Snowbound (Sherwin Williams). 

I'm pretty handy so crocked light fixtures, old sockets, broken cabinets, holes in drywall, missing trim, etc are all things I wasn't concerned with. 

During the off-season of 2022, I changed the cabinet faces, replaced the ceiling light over the table and replaced the outdated curtains with nice blinds.

Haven't physically seen the property in person yet but have seen pictures and video.Will need new flooring, sheetrock repair on inside, paint interior, power wash exterior, paint exterior, refinish kitchen cabinets, new kitchen cabinet doors, new water heater, So a bit more than just cosmetic but I think doable.

Need cleaning/junk crew, painter, landscaper, flooring and cabinet contacts if anyone out there has any of these I would greatly appreciate it!

Home Depot cabinets for kitchens are not your best bet, you should have local discount cabinet companies in your area.

Good Morning BPI remember seeing a post in one of the forums sometime in the last year that mentioned a company in the Dallas / Fort, TX area that builds customer kitchen cabinets for a price thats competitive to Lowes, Home Depot, etc. but I cannot find the post.
