My brother and I are looking at starting a real-estate/rental company.

My brother put the house on Zillow, then when he put it on facebook he asked people to share the post and offered $200 to anyone who referred the buyer.

My brother is looking to partner with me he is expecting a pay out from his job in the amount of $15,000 by the end of year, he is willing to fund the purchase and I’ll fund the rehab.

My brother currently lives in the same town and helps to manage the property but he may move in the next few years also.
