A broker can still make both sides having one person as a client and the other as a customer performing only ministerial acts.Stuff like that gets your name black marked and good luck on ever finding that many deals again from brokers and agents.

Dodd-Frank is really not that bad, and to anyone who actually READS the law, things are set out *fairly* black and white for what we need to do in order to comply.

Kel -First, I very much respect your opinion on this matter, though I think by taking such a black-and-white stance, you're missing some very important nuances.In my opinion, it's a stretch to assume that the way someone negotiates is indicative of their level of integrity, loyalty and honesty in non-negotiation situations.

Half the time it's stuff that takes 15 minutes to fix like black stuff on the shower's ceiling (wipe off with bleach, etc).

I'm not sure what I find funnier, the third grade "get your big boy pants" line or the "I have family members that are poor so I know all about the poor"...not to be confused with the my best friend is black so I can say the N word!

I am not talking about giving aid to graduates from other countries who come here, i am talking about the poor whites and blacks in america who still well below the poverty line.i've traveled from south florida to new york to west virginia to texas to seattle and all throughout america.
