If you invest where there are overlapping MTR tenant attractions then you won't have issues with occupancy.

My wife and I really try to keep a balance between sinking too much into a rental and making it attractive to renters.We left the old cabinets which function very well and opted for a very deep cleaning, paint, and heavy duty shelf liners.
