Just buy the ABNB share itself where it's priced pre-IPO, with the cash flow and revenue projection, the Airbnb valuation is so cheap and could provide a modest return in the future2. or invest in fractional home ownership where Airbnb is offered, like arrived/Bezos home is still offering 5% cap Airbnb with money as little as $100.I did all three myself (own STVR,owned fractional sTVR and willing to acquire ABNB shares with pre-public offering price lol).

If you have one renter leave and someone checking in the same day, you need your cleaner scheduled in and out in that window, same day guests (which there are a lot) will also make you have to clean your unit quickly, guest often arrive late and will make you wait to check in, people will give you bad reviews (sometimes for no reason), your cleaner may or may not tell you or notice damage in the unit, and a short term tenant can completely trash your place.

They asked about our credit and we said we've been working hard to keep it perfect, and they asked if they could look at it.I specifically asked them whether or not it would appear as a soft inquiry or as a hard inquiry because we're watching our credit numbers like crazy, and hard inquiries have a negative impact.He assured us that it was a soft inquiry and that there would be no effect.As soon as we arrived home, both of us received notifications via email that our credit had dropped 6 points, and that a new hard inquiry had been added.Is this kind of dishonesty just accepted?
