@Chris K.One method is reviewing appraisal data for the local county office to determine allocations between land and house.

They took the report but didn’t review or even request the video.

Wondering if there is a way to report these odd inquiries to them for review before replying.

Bring it back to this group and ask for a review.

The required maintenance typically must be well documented (receipts & pictures), and then usually the carrier has an inspector come back out, review the areas of concern, and confirm that all work has been done.

Before you purchased and noticed the bill was very low was the opportunity to have escrow/title officer review and ask the seller to pay or hold back the money to pay.
