I did a search at National REIA and came up with some hits. 

I shopped around nationally and locally  in Grand Rapids and found the best option to be at Lake Michigan Insurance Agency for my rental.

However I be happy to work with any qualified investor, regardless of nationality :)

The next meeting is next thrusday the 14th. we have a national speaker coming so it should be a good one.

Many of the bigger and well know national offices give you a poor split and charge fees as well, I certainly suggest not working for anyone that won't give you at least a clean 80% split on the commission, unless they have something else of great value to offer(like really good training, every office says they do but only a select few actually do).
