Seeing though that there are so many laws webbed around investing and wholesaling i'm wondering how can I even start lool. i'm information overloaded and wanted to know how can you wholesale a property with no money down (since I don't have any lool).

Your broker will also hook you up with lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors, web marketing, signage, camera advice, etc. etc. etc...

Instead, try creating a personal web page and put together a new business card (hirebythehour.com can be a cheap effective way to get a great design).  

I like to send monthly statements via email to tenants, which also has our web portal to make online payments.  

I spoke with one attorney who said to just appeal directly to the county - so I did through their web site but they denied my request after looking at what ever "they" looked at.
